A LITTLE LOCAL. A LOT PERSONAL.

Hi, I’m Christine.
Your goals come first.

For two decades, I’ve helped homebuyers and homeowners navigate mortgage lending with clear communication, attention to detail, and a personal approach. My goal is simple: help you feel comfortable and informed from the first conversation to the closing table.

As a Mortgage Loan Officer at Ascent Mortgage Partners, powered by Edge Home Finance, I can explore options across lenders to help find a fit for your financial story. Whether you’re putting down roots in Montana or making a move in another state where I’m licensed, your plans come first.

MORE OPTIONS. YOUR OWN PATH.

A mortgage that fits
the life you’re building.

Your home goals are unique. Your financing should be, too. Let’s explore the possibilities together.

A classic, with flexibility

Conventional

Flexible financing for a primary home, second home, or investment property.

Explore Conventional

Conventional loans offer a range of down payment and loan-term options. We’ll look at your credit, income, property, and goals to compare the possibilities. Mortgage insurance may apply with a down payment below 20%.

Let’s discuss your options (opens in a new tab)

More room to get started

FHA

An approachable path to homeownership with flexible qualification options.

Explore FHA

FHA-insured loans can be an option for borrowers who benefit from flexible credit and down payment requirements. Mortgage insurance, property standards, and loan limits apply. We’ll review eligibility and the full cost together.

For those who have served

VA

Home financing for eligible veterans, service members, and surviving spouses.

Explore VA

VA loans may offer eligible borrowers no-down-payment financing and no monthly mortgage insurance. A Certificate of Eligibility and lender approval are required. A VA funding fee may apply unless you qualify for an exemption.

Put down roots

USDA

Financing opportunities in eligible rural and qualifying communities.

Explore USDA

USDA financing may offer no-down-payment options for eligible borrowers and properties. Income limits, location requirements, program fees, and lender guidelines apply. Let’s check whether your planned home qualifies.

Think a little bigger

Jumbo

A tailored approach for homes above conforming loan limits.

Explore Jumbo

Jumbo loans can help finance higher-priced properties. Qualification requirements, reserves, down payments, and terms vary by lender. We’ll compare options around your financial picture and the property you have in mind.

Let’s discuss your options (opens in a new tab)

Outside the ordinary

Non-QM

Alternative documentation for financial stories that aren’t one-size-fits-all.

Explore Non-QM

Non-qualified mortgage programs may offer alternative income documentation, such as bank statements, for eligible borrowers. These loans can have different rates, fees, and qualification requirements. They still require lender review and approval.

Let’s discuss your options (opens in a new tab)

Loan availability and eligibility vary by borrower, property, state, and lender. All loans are subject to credit approval and lender guidelines.

Where does Christine offer mortgage lending?

Christine serves Montana and the other states shown in the licensed-states section: Arizona, California - DFPI, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas - SML, Washington, and Wyoming. Contact Christine to confirm current licensing and loan availability for your property’s state.

Can we work together if I’m buying outside Montana?

Yes, if the property is in a state where Christine is licensed. Share the location and your home goals so she can confirm available options before you apply. The same personal guidance extends beyond the Flathead Valley.

Which home loan options can I explore?

You can discuss conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and non-QM purchase and refinance options. Availability depends on your circumstances, the property, the lender, and program requirements. Not every borrower or property qualifies for every program.

Where should I start as a first-time homebuyer?

Start with a conversation about your budget, timing, and goals. Christine can explain documentation, help you compare loan options, and discuss preapproval before you begin shopping. Preapproval is subject to lender review and is not a commitment to lend.

How do I know whether refinancing makes sense?

We’ll compare the proposed rate, payment, loan term, closing costs, and break-even period against your plans. Refinancing does not guarantee savings; extending the repayment period can increase the total interest paid.
